It’s that time of year when Kate Moss reaches for her designer mud splattered wellies and all the fashionistas head to their uber yurts at Glastonbury. Only sad people like me are staying at home and just dreaming of hurling my bottle of tinkle juice at Kanye. Festivals are huge news, and whilst it’s all about the music in theory, rocking the festival vibe is almost totally just as important.

I love our super soft new vintage style tees. this could be favourite tee that we’ve ever done (tho I have a soft spot for American Aparel). This is what you need to personalise your own festival style, boho a go go!

If, like me, you’ve been caught out by the inclement June weather (I mean June, seriously!!!?) then you’ll be glad to know that we do a great range of workwear for all weather conditions (basically British summers and winters, which seem to be interchangable). From polo shirts, to pinnies, hi vis jackets to fleeces, you can zip and unzip, put on, take off, dive into, just as the raincloud hits you!

There’s a train of thought which says we should be doing personalised hot water bottles as well, especially for days where you are expecting glorious sunshine, wear all your summer finery, and end up looking like the proverbial drowned rat, covered in dye from your fragile summer garb, and with the beginnings of trenchfoot.

Roll on winter!

I’m always up for a good vintage slogan or logo t-shirt, the more original and retro looking the font, the better. This range from design company ‘Shot Dead in the Head‘ is a great line of tees with the varying slogans reading ‘Built in the 20’s, 30’s 40’s etc’. Heck, I don’t quite know if it’s supposed to be a declaration of age, but it’s a nice little line and there’s a nice line of faded, vintage-y of colours and I like the ‘some parts still in working order’ bit, nice and mild with a hint of a wink. Check them out!

An article in last weeks Guardian described how an innovative designer has created a sweater that will last for a guaranteed thirty years.

Designer Tom Cridland, innovator extraordinaire has used project funder Kickstarter to help launch his iniative. Using durable organic cotton made by Portuguese craftspeople, and making a standard, yet timeless crewneck design, he aims to provide a garment that will last you for 30 years. Or your money back.

The quirkiness of the idea is appealing. Vintage items of clothing can fetch a high price, and couture will last for aeons, so I wonder whether this concept could catch on. Basically it’s a variation on the theme of buy less but buy better. I like it. I’m in!

Well, this is summer now. No more excuses weather. At the start of the week, it was so cold and windy I lit a fire, and now it’s so hot I need a whole new summer wardrobe in an instant.

When the Great British Weather finally decides to play ball, it’s mega important to keep hydrated. Our personalised water bottles are great to carry around, or to drop into your child’s school bag. You can add any design you want, a photo, image, logo or just a name (for school children or if you’ve forgotten your own). Also, and quite importantly, it’s much cheaper and more environmental than buying bottled water. If you don’t like the ¬†taste of your tap water, you could buy a water filter, and it’d still be cheaper.

A great idea for one, all and everyone!

Have I mentioned how much I love our messenger bags yet? A brilliant across the body design and made from tough polyester with an adjustable shoulder strap and interior mesh pocket, these are unisex and fun. Retro styling and embroidered with your own slogan, so you can personalise to your heart’s content, or use one of our awesome our templates to give your arm candy that extra boost.

These have got instant appeal as sports bags or any kind of work, school, uni upgrade to a satchel. In a range of colours and with such a great price, you’ll probably want to get more than one. Or two. Or three!
