With the temperature hitting the minus numbers today, I’m wrapping firmly up in one of our personalised fleeces. Really soft and cuddly, they offer fantastic protection against the chill factor.

Available in a huge variety of colours, they are warm, exceedingly toasty and you can personalise them with your own embroidered text in the font of your choice or using any of our templates. Particularly good for sportswear or schoolwear or other organisations and great for layering. Wrap up tight, it’s going to be a long, cold winter!

Am I the only one who can’t feel their feet today? It is so horribly cold that I’m sure appendages will start dropping off soon, and I’m going to have to double up on the hot water bottles tonight.

A nice snuggly Christmas gift idea here then. I really like this vintage radio tea cosy from the never knowingly under floraled Cath Kidston. It has quirkiness in abundance and is incredibly useful to boot. A perfect gift for anyone who drinks endless cups of tea all day long like myself (hint!!!). Twenty quid, so not too pricey and will bring a smile to anyone’s face. And warmth to their tea which is far more important!!!

I’m ashamed to say that every now and then whilst browsing through the T-Shirt Studio website, I see new personalised items popping up of which I was previously unaware. From this, I can only conclude that either I am pretty obtuse and things are passing me by at a rate of knots, or that the boss is creating new products faster than you can say “coffee break”. In all honesty, I think that both options are equally possible, although I think that might show that one of us is more on the ball than the other.

So, without further ado, may I introduce to you our new and amazing range of personalised clocks! Wonderful gifts and great time keepers, simply upload your own photo or artwork onto our template and see the result. Fantastic! And a snip at only £16. A great gift for loved ones at Christmas or for yourself.

I am trying very hard not to think about Christmas today. Really, really hard. For it is looming and people (you know who you are) require presents. Lots of them.

So I am distracting myself from the whole Christmas gift thing for a few moments by looking at this really fun tee with an image of the Empire State Building with Superman sort of grafted onto the bottom half by Antony Morato. Antony Morato is in fact a group of Italian brothers, known for their quirky montages, and skinny denim jeans. This t-shirt is just the antidote I need for a Christmas panic moment and at £35 from ASOS, almost a bargain!

It’s not often that we get requests that don’t involve something along the lines of “milk and two sugars in mine” or “packet of salt and vinegar if you’re at the shop” but this one is a little bit more serious. A t-shirt with a pretty good slogan to raise funds which will be donated to the Red Cross to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy. The tee is being produced in collaboration with a few design companies and is available from here (you can find out more information about the t-shirt as well).

I always love a good charity t-shirt. I especially like a funny charity t-shirt. A double whammy then!

Brit designer and illustrator Gemma Correll’s “Pugs not Drugs” t-shirt has been making headlines for it’s popularity with celebrities. The tee with a winning and cutesome way to get a serious message across has proved pretty popular, with comedian Russell Howard and a member of Little Mix both being seen out and about in the tee.

This, then is the latest number to be wearing if you want to be wearing the right thing. Available from Urban Outfitters it’s a great slogan t-shirt and at £28 a lot less than other must have celeb items. Perfect for nights out and as always, slogan tees are a great match for denim. Cute and moral, a great double whammy!

I just had to grab my phone and take a picture of this t-shirt whilst out and about today. I love a good vintage music t-shirt at the best of times, but the classic banana from the Velvet Underground is one of my top five faves. Luckily, the chap who was underneath the t-shirt didn’t seem at all surprised that I asked (very politely) whether it would be ok to photograph his chest. Maybe it’s not the first time!

Anyway, a classic tee that might fade a bit, but will never grow old!

Instead of pounding pavements for meaningful Christmas gifts, you could give your feet a rest and get creative with artwork or photographs and make some photo canvasses this year.

Great with pictures of the kids, or some of the (ahem) masterpieces they’ve produced at school, or any other type of picture that will look fantastic blown up. Photo canvasses are an economical way to change a room and make amazing gifts. Try uploading some images onto our template and see how great they look. Then stay in the warm, enjoy a cuppa, and shop away!

In terms of personalised gifts, this one is definitely the granddaddy. Available from Not on the High Street, this personalised marble wine cooler comes in pretty dear at £69, but is such a show stopper it could well be worth it.

It also looks like it would be a very handy implement with which to cosh burglars or evil intruders over the head. Although I’m probably not allowed to advocate the use of violence. Especially not with a lovely, shiny wine cooler. But, you know, just in case. Anyway, it was the first thing that popped into my mind. Well, just after “mmm, what a lovely wine cooler” anyway.

So, if you want a handy dual purpose gift for someone special, this could be just the ticket. In fact, you could even put your own Burglar Aware message on it. Sort of “I know this is really just a wine cooler, but I’m feeling stabby, so watch out” Although that might take a while to read. Anyway. Great gift. Cools wine. And stuff.

This fab t-shirt by Tee and Cake just caught my eye (and reminded me that it was time for a brew and a biccy) with it’s ‘famous glasses I have known’ theme. Slightly confusing however, trying to work out who all the famous spectacle wearers are supposed to be.

The Holly one completely stumped me, as the only Holly I could think of is Holly Willoughby, and as far as I can remember, the assets for which she is most renowned are not located upon her head. Then it struck me, that the theme of the tee is a bit retro (apart from Kanye West), and light (pretty slowly admittedly) did dawn. It’s Buddy Holly of course, although I think it was a bit misleading that Dame Edna Everage was the only one to have a Christian name, when all the others are referred to by their surname. Anyway, it’s another brilliant t-shirt from one of the most innovative t-shirt design companies around. And only twenty quid from Topshop. Bargain!
